Shipping Policies

Bad Grl Beauty LLC has a processing window of 3-5 days for all orders. After we have processed your order you will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to update. Please be aware that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Return/exchange policy

It is important to keep track of your order if you have ordered a body butter during the warmer months. Because if it is left in the heat it will melt. It is important to note that Bad Grl beauty does not issue a refund or replacement for body butters that are melted.

Bad Grl beauty will issue a refund or replace your product if you receive a damaged item. For all refunds/replacements please contact us at customerservice@badgrlbeauty.com.

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier Bad grl beauty cannot issue a refund for a stolen or lost package, it is important to note that any stolen or lost packages you should contact the carrier to start a claim.
